All orders will be dispatched by the next working day.
We ship 7 days a week.

Delivery Method
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery.
While most orders arrive in 2 working days, this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, weather, etc.).

Shipping Location
We currently only ship within the UK.
All products are stocked and shipped from the UK.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. haps is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect Address or Returned Orders
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can arrange a redelivery – but additional shipping charges may apply.
